Thirsty's Auction House - Jan 24 2012, 1900hrs.
There were many personal heroes here tonight. Artist Leo Mol, Nintendo, Wolverine... even Vince Carter and Kobe Bryant... Yes, I know Nintendo is not a person, and "Yes" those people were NOT actually there, but a fair representation of them and many other items were on hand at tonight's auction. With such a diversity of items and a full house (as full as thirsty's can actually get), we needed all the help we could get, so we recruited out friend Poppa P to help us out. How did we do? Well, we did snag some unusual stuff, judging by that 7up ad, who knows what we got? Let's examine the night...
A "what" kind of family? Sold for $10 |

Check out the gallery, there were some high dollar items, but what we love about Thirty's is that there is a broad array of items, appealing to high rollers and "5 dollar ballers". I know the owner said he wanted to get more high end stuff.... but don't mess with a good thing. People have fun and spend money. I know we'll be back. We even booked 3 more people to come with us. Just what this auction needs... 3 more Filipinos looking for discounts. =)
-Happy Thrifting.
