Personal Best 1500+

One of our goals on Youtube (among many) was to have a video reach over 1000 views. As thrift dwellers, we're still figuring out what the heck we're REALLY doing on youtube, but for now we're just having fun thus far (which was the main goal). I've been making videos and contributing with the HUGE video game community on YouTube, but LP is trying something else, to bring music BACK to the masses. The music scene on youtube has been rather dry (not counting RECORD collectors, there's lots of them!=). Regardless, it was LESTER's video of the Skrillex concert that met our 1000 view goal.

Check it out. It features him at the Skrillex concert. It was dope, tons of people, lights and ill tracks. Kinda hard to watch with all that stuff going on, but sick none the less.

Our next goal is at 500 subscribers, we're planning to on adding different formats and stuff. See you there!

Happy Thrifting!

My Top 3 Loved Worn Nike Dunks

In honour of this past Lover's day, I have 3 of my most loved, worn (not new) Nike Dunks from my collection. Brand new, these kicks can be worth b/w $250 - $350, mainly because they are sold out, and only available through Nike Select SB dealers in the first place. If you see these at the thrift store, pick them up, I've read of kids finding Dunk SBs and even early JORDANS and selling them to Japan for hundreds... Not bad for $10 investments.... So gather round as we discuss more shoes... and hopefully you can become a little smarter "thrifter." (also check out my previous Dunk Post - Avengers )
